Classically trained in the French culinary arts, Hailee honed her skills at the esteemed French Culinary Institute under the guidance of renowned chefs like Jacques Pepin, Andre Soltner, and Alain Sailhac. After completing her rigorous training, Hailee continued to share her expertise as an instructor and mentor at the French Culinary Institute.
Hailee showcased her culinary prowess for nearly eight years in the prestigious 5-star/5-diamond kitchen of the award-winning Four Seasons Hotel in New York City. Additionally, she has provided exceptional private chef services to a range of distinguished clients, including Fortune 500 CEO executives, celebrity talents, Emmy Award-winning producers, and everyday families in Manhattan, Westchester, and the Dallas/Fort Worth area. These families entrust Hailee to deliver healthy, gourmet meals to enjoy in the comfort of their own homes.
